Company installed a new roof and broke one 1x6 board on the top ridge and put tar paper and shingled over it. There are 3 nail pops where the nails cracked the 1x6s due to nail guns being set on high. Several small leaks were left. We contacted the company months ago and they sent someone out to inspect. He patched the leaks and was going to return the next week to replace the shingles and boards. We have made many phone calls trying to get these repairs completed, they still will not make repairs only false promises. At the present, they won't return our phone calls. We now have leaks and damages due to their faulty work. We need these boards and shingles replaced as they promised. We have given them plenty of time.
