Torque Group

This company ain't holdin' up their end of the deal with the warranty I bought for my 2019 Polaris Sportsman 1000HL. I got the warranty to cover repairs on a used four wheeler I bought from *** Outdoor Sports *** AL on NOV 6, 2019. The contract said it had 0 miles, but it actually had over 1,200 miles. They even marked it as a new vehicle in one of the images they provided. I think this might be messin' with the repairs. Torque Group is sayin' they won't fix it 'cause I didn't bring it in for service within 3 months of purchase, but that would've been right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. My state had a stay-at-home order from the Governor, so I couldn't take it in. They're givin' me other excuses too, like sayin' the tires are too big even though they're stock, and claimin' there was water in the transmission. So, I decided to cancel my warranty with them. I had two warranties, one for repairs and one for the gap, and they're sayin' they'll give me some money back for the two-year period of these warranties.
