Pietra Naturale I got a new granite countertop from Pietra Naturale, Inc

I got a new granite countertop from Pietra Naturale, Inc. in 2019. But guess what? It already has a crack in it! I noticed the crack in December and immediately reached out to Pietra. I spoke to Shelly and even sent them a follow-up letter (I made sure to keep a copy for myself, you know). They told me to get in touch when I returned to Florida after 4 months, so I did just that.

They sent an employee over to fix the crack, but guess what? They couldn't do it! They promised that someone from the company would contact me to discuss the issue. Well, I've made 6 calls in the past couple of weeks, and guess what? No response from anyone! Can you believe it?

I paid over $5000 for this project, and all I want is for them to replace or repair the countertop. Is that too much to ask? Thank you.
