You guys have to be insane! How many times are you going to cut our power?! I've been on the phone twice today with you guys, 1st time I was hung up on and 2nd time got no resolution. These are recorded lines and I have on record your people saying there's no law that says you have to give us a warning of power shutoff. That's a lie and now I'm suing you. It's all recorded. Not only that, it was recorded that I called you guys two months ago about the last power outages and you guys messing up my house electricity (only half of my house power worked) never got a call back, no one ever came like you said they would. Had to pay $225 out of pocket for an electrician to come and fix the problem. Everything is recorded. You guys [censored]ed yourselves.
