Tru up bill for 25747 rd 188 Exeter ca 93221 which is my sons account. We lived there for a while and moved with new electric service at 314 N Albert ave sp 42 Exeter ca 93221 since 5-1-26 How can his Tru up bill be put on our account just because we are the parents. We are not the property owners there We paid no utilities at the old address. He moved 5-1-26 as well and sold his property.
We are in our 70’s with special needs and this is not sitting well. I’m reaching out here cause customer service said dispute it. Which I did. Now Edison wants proof of utilities from [protected]. WE HAVE NO UTILITIES DURING THAT SPAN IN OUR NAME. NONE !
