The website does not provide a phone number! The energy savings program is a sick joke; after getting the run around for over a year, I finally received appliance inspection. My washing machine if 25 years old and final spin does not work, so drying time is long. Situation is worse with my refrigerator that does not work in the summer. The only I "qualified" for is an electric water heater! My water heater is BRAND NEW!

Worse than anything stated, my entire family lost there homes because of severe incompetency. A very unique rich diversity community, where I grew up, has been destroyed beyond repair.
