Terrible boots
Do not buy from this company! I have purchased a pair of winter boots from Sorel and was extremely disappointed because these boots were too cold. They were more like autumn boots and there was no way to wear them in winter. My feet were freezing! I contacted Sorel customer service and asked for refund, but they said that was impossible because I have already used the shoes. They said that next time they'll give me a discount. What a joke. I will never buy from them again and they can keep their discount to themselves.

Bought my boots last winter and by the end of the season the black rubber covered the foot started cracking open on the right boot. Would have hoped that boots this expensive would last longer. They weren't under any extreme wear, just typical city walking
