We ordered online for the 3611 hey 98n in Lakeland Florida the associate who brought food to the car was not very pleasant, no thank you enjoy or even a smile... Get the food home no napkins no BBQ sauce and the onions were hanging outside of the box the ribs were dry This is the second time we've had poor service at this location I took pics so sad

Desired outcome: Accountability.. better and safe food.. I couldn't explain the whole situation but it wasn't good
