Contacted customer service as my child’s pram has broken in 9 months of proper use. Was told we are not entitled to a replacement as the store only offer 12 months warranty. Politely told them that under the consumer rights act 2015 their in store 12 month warranty is irrelevant as in the uk you get six years to have an item that is faulty replaced if the item has not lasted the expected amount of time an item should. I sent them pictures of the fault and they claimed misuse. I asked for evidence of misuse knowing full well they would not be able to provide any as I know the pram has not been misused. They then cut off communication and I haven’t been able to get a reply since. This has left us without a safe way to travel with our 9 month old child even though we are protected under the consumer rights act.
Claimed loss: No safe way to travel with our baby.
Desired outcome: Refund, replacement or repair
