Smyths Toys UK review: Home delivery

You failed to deliver item within prescribed time scale your courier arrived approximately 1 hour earlier than contracted. I arrived having taken afternoon off work. I sent message you sent AI message back which is totally useless. I phoned using the number provided it says it was closed. No alternative arrangements have been made by DHL to redeliver the item. Therefore as you have failed to fulfil our contract and that failure has caused me to incur costs. I expect the sum of £350 to be paid in compensation. Should that amount no be paid by close of business on Friday 5th December 2025 proceedings will begin to recover that amount plus interest at at rate determined by the court.
