SmartStyle review: Roots color

I went to Warrensville in Ohio just wanted a root touchup. I tipped her $40 on a $40 service thinking that she did a good job I left with my hair wet because I was going to go get my kids. I didn’t even realize until I was in my car that she left tons of soap in my hair, and it blead all over my blonde. It took her 24 minutes to do my hair. My hair is to the middle of my back. I’m so upset and embarrassed. of a body shop and now I feel like a complete idiot. I went because my stylist was sick and I have used other Smart Styles elsewhere, and now I have an emergency it’s awful. My hair is normally golden blonde and now it is completely gray and purple. I had to pull over in a parking lot and use one of my water bottles to rinse my hair out because I had a 3 Hour Dr. to get my kids I am so embarrassed. I don’t know what to do.
