1. On 9/5/25 I made a reservation online with Alisha (first visit). When I arrived, I made it clear that I needed a haircut only (your website does not give the option without shampoo) and Zoe confirmed to Alisha my request in front of me. I then used my credit card to pay for the service. Alisha entered a $28 charge, and though I thought it appeared high, I said nothing and I added $10 tip. When I received my Citi Card statement, the total was $36 only. I am not sure who adjusted the tip down to $8.
2. On 11/10/25 I appeared at Smart Style. Alisha wasn't at work, so Zoe gave a haircut. When it was time to pay, I noticed the charge was only $23.40. I then mentioned to Zoe that Alisha had charged me $28 the last time I was there. Zoe said that haircut only cost $26 and that she gave me 10% Senior discount, a charge of $23.40 but Zoe said nothing else.
3. Smart Style should refund to my card ($28.00 - $23.40 = $4.60). .
