SmartStyle review: Haircut

I went and got my haircut at pontotoc walmart in Mississippi. There was one lady in there and told me she could have time to cut my hair. So I waited. I told her I wanted a short bob stacked in the back and when she picked up the clippers she shaved and knocked a spiny on the back of my neck /head. She immediately started apologizing and said the other hair would cover it and it would look fine. Well it did not! And the girl proceeded to explain that I had to pay. She was the only one there and her boss would be upset. She had t been there long. So I paid 22$ and left there. I just realized about this complaint forum. I wish someone would make this right with me. Or make it to where I can get it shaped up better and not be out of pocket completely for her screw up
