SmartStyle review: Customer service

Every time I call there there's somebody that is picking up the phone that is always rude they act unprofessional on the phone does act like they don't want to help and this is not okay. I also went there in person to buy some products and the lady Yes was not very polite either and didn't really want to help also. I do know one girl that is working there she is very nice very helpful her name is Kristen and she is a pleasure to be around okay but the other ladies are not.
