I have not subscribed any value added service on my cell no. 8817785508but Reliance is deducting my balance.I have tried many time to unsubscribe but it did'nt happen, also my balance deducted again and again.IT IS OPEN LOOT BUY RELIANCE FROM MANY MANY CONUMERS...bipbipbip

Good day i bought load unlimited 499 through smart giga app today November 30 2023. It was successful payment but i did not receive the load. Everything is correct since im using giga app. I have proof of payments .please need immediate action. Thanks.. heres the attached document/photos for verification thank you

After buying load for my smart broadband home wifi, the transaction pushed through but the screen showed "We're working on it! This service will be back soon." All while deducting the amount from my GCash wallet.

Since August 13 ,2023 I was not able to use the services. Keep calling the customer service but it seems that they are not welling to help, keep disconnecting the call put me on hold. I want compensation for days that I was not able to use the services and have the issue fix ASAP. Of ever you cannot fix this issue please escalate to NTC

I bought a load for SMART sim worth 300 via my Gcash account...but i still can't make a call..it says "not enough balance"...then I loaded 10 pesos..it got through.

2 days na walang signal indicator na nagsoshow sa cp ko. Puro reference number lang ang binibigay. 2 sim cards same issue. Big company but only have 1 supervisor. 1 hour call with customer service and still supervisor was on a meeting or busy. Duhhh. Nothing that they can do daw sabi ng mga CSR. Kainis.

Customers have been waiting for more than 45 mins for service because almost all of the clerks took a break and left one to serve the customers.

Really slow service. Staff are not even courteous.

Frank de Simone and SMART offered me spectacular returns for a meager $9, 000 investment. After more than 6 months, he has never fulfilled his promise and has continuously changed the business model. I requested a refund when offered and I have not seen a cent since. It has been 3 months and this guy Frank is nowhere to be seen. Don't ever trust what he promises and stay away from SMART medical credit...
