SleepMasters review: Saggy mattress

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with both Sleepmasters and Restonic regarding my recent purchase.
I ordered a Restonic bed set (Order #: 200128880). The delivery process went smoothly and there were no issues on that front. However, the problem lies with the bed set itself.

The mattress is already sagging, certain areas feel as hard as a rock, and it makes an unbearable noise whenever there is movement. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I used my hard-earned money expecting a quality product. Instead, I am left with something that feels poorly made and far below standard.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I honestly feel let down by both the supplier and the vendor.
