Base set
I have had a run around with your customer service division and your warehouse for almost a year. I am completely unhappy with the service. My issue with the product is the base set damage, the mattress is squeaking when you move. In a nutshell, there has been alot of back and forth, including a recent interaction with someone from you're warehouse who insisted that I make the time for the mattress exchange during his working hours.(firstly, I found out..only the mattress would be exchanged). secondly, I explained that I am a healthcare worker, ia m unable to leave the hospital on a while. However I am available before 7:30am and after 16h00. He was meant to call me back with a resolve. Today I find out that my ticket has been closed. I'm extremely angry and horrified at the service I have received. My old ticket number is #1821935. I am available on Saturday the 19/12/202. Please collect your defective product and provide me with a refund.

Sealy aloe vera mattress
We bought a base set in May 2019. Since November 2019 we realised that the mattress was becoming noisy. And eventually on 12 March 2020 we've decided to go Sleep masters East Rand Mall, to report it cause the bed became noisie. Leona, one of the sales people helped to logged the complaint, but didn't give us a reference number, cause we had to check whether the mattress or base was the problem. She phoned me when I got home and I told her the noise was definitely coming from the mattress. After a few days I phoned the store and spoke to Themba (store manager) trying to get a reference number, but he said the complaint wasn't logged and he was going to get back to me with a reference number. I phoned Themba again after a few days, still no reference number cause he is "waiting on head office".
With all this being said I would like to know how long does it take for a reference number to be generated?
With the lockdown moving to phase 4 now, I would like to get some sort of help since our mattress is still very noisy.

In may I went to store to log a complaint about mattress stitches are loose and torn till today nothing has been done and almost every week I'm calling the store manager but nothing has been done kindly assist
REFERENCE ORDER NUMBER [protected]: I paid my balance of R1800 on 11/05/2024, with a different banks, R900
From CAPITEC BANKS , R900 from FNB BANK but they only confirmed only R900 and I don't know from which bank or account so I want my lay bye to be delivered because I finished to pay
It's only a month and some springs are starting to appear and the noise itself is unbearable. I need what was promised to me by the store. I didn't give you a run around while I did the purchase.
