I bought a bed in the 27 of February 26 and I went to report or file the complaint that the bed was not up to the standard, it’s uncomfortable and makes squicky noise.
I filed that complaint on the 5th of march and immediately got feedback of which was the reference number for the complaint and today is the 28 of March and still no feedback from the company it’s just excuses whenever I go to the store.
