Subject: Warranty Claim for Defective Sleepmasters Torino MK4 Mattress
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a warranty claim regarding a defective mattress I purchased from your Bradlows Virginia store on 4 October 2024. The item in question is the Sleepmasters Torino MK4 Base Set (size: F 152 SL), as per the invoice I received at the time of purchase.
This bed was placed in our spare room and has only been used for approximately 25 days since the date of purchase, as it is primarily used by my daughter when she returns home from university. Despite the limited use, one side of the mattress has significantly deteriorated and now feels as though it has collapsed or lost its firmness, making it uncomfortable and clearly indicating a potential structural or manufacturing fault.
This kind of wear is unacceptable within such a short period of time, especially given the mattress’s limited use and the expected durability of a product of this nature. As such, I believe the issue falls well within the warranty coverage for manufacturing defects.
I would appreciate it if you could advise on the next steps for initiating a warranty inspection and replacement or repair process. I have retained the original receipt and warranty documents and can provide these upon request. The mattress is also in good condition, with no stains or damage, and has been used on a suitable and supportive base.
