Sleep Country Canada review: Mattress and box spring

I purchased a mattress and box spring all was okay until 6 month ago when our box spring or mattress started to make noise on both sides of the bed. it makes noise when we get up and lay down. this very expensive set is not suppose to transfer movement when one person moves BUT it so bad that it wakes to other person up. I was told by a sates person where I bought it to place the mattress and box spring on the the floor and measure to see if the mattress has made a hole in the middle of the mattress and box spring. My husband is 80 and I am 74 and we are not able to move them onto the floor and they told me that I can pay 50 dollars each to get someone to do it for us. My question to you is what does that have to do with the noise and the movement transfer.
Please help me understand and just to help us. we pay a lot of money for it and still have over 6 years of warranty.
