amazing customer service. you actually get follow up phone call after purchase! i was so happy with my new patio furniture from cozy corner patios. they have a great selection and the prices are really reasonable. the staff was super helpful and friendly, and they even helped me load everything into my car. i would definitely recommend cozy corner patios to anyone looking for outdoor furniture.

They got some real nice stuff for your patio and the people there are super helpful. They helped us pick out the perfect furniture and accessories for our space. The quality is top notch and everything arrived in good condition. We had a little hiccup with the delivery but they sorted it out quickly and professionally. The folks at Cozy Corner Patios really know how to make a good patio set. We got the Canyonlands 7 seater and it's dope! Took a minute to get here, but that's all good because it's worth the wait. The quality is top-notch and it looks amazing all set up. Highly recommend these guys!

Cozy Corner Patios got some good stuff, but they took forever to deliver my order. And when they finally did, they just left it out front, which was a bummer. Luckily, my fam helped me haul it to the backyard.

I got my cushions from Cozy Corner Patios, LLC in August and it's already January 3rd, 2022, but I still haven't got them. I spent more than $1000 and I've emailed them a bunch of times, but they haven't replied to me. This place is a total scam, so watch out.

YellowStone - 7pc Sunbrella Outdoor Sofa is so good! They made it really well and their customer service is awesome. We were having a hard time deciding which set we wanted, but they helped us out and we're so happy with what we got. Our furniture is amazing!

I'm so happy with my purchase from Cozy Corner Patios, LLC! I got the 7 piece set and it's awesome how you can put it together in different ways to fit your deck. The cushions are thick and seem really well made compared to other stuff I looked at that cost the same. I actually found this same set on a big furniture website but the service was terrible so I cancelled it (they said it would be quick but then told me it would take like 2 months). Cozy Corner was way better - they got it to me faster than they said (only took about a week) and everything was packed up good and came in good shape. It looks really nice and is comfy too.

Furnitures are dope, but they didn't send me the cover I bought with it. When I told them, they said they'd send it. Then, later, they said they were out of covers and were making new ones. They said it would take three weeks to get my cover, but they would send me the first one they had made. Five weeks later, I still hadn't received anything. When I called and told them, they sent me a cover right away. But, when I got it, I saw it was 3 separate covers, not one to cover the whole set. This is cool for the chair and ottoman, but it doesn't work for the lounger, which is two pieces connected together. So, you can't fit the two covers between the two pieces. So, I said I wanted to return them. They said no. They won't take a return for a refund. Instead, they offered me a $50 coupon for a future order. It's frustrating because I have covers that don't work. And they cost me $100. And they took so long to get to me, I ordered another cover instead (for $70) that is a little too big but at least it works.

I bought some outdoor furniture from Cozy Corner Patios on 03/01/2022 and spent $5,045. Two of the armchairs had scratches on them and two chairs were wobbly. I sent them pictures and emails, but they kept sending me videos telling me to pound the furniture on the ground. I told them that the legs were fixed metal and couldn't be pounded on the ground. I also ordered a cover, but they didn't tell me it was on backorder until the furniture arrived. I asked for a refund for the cover four times, but they never addressed my request. They offered to give me the cover for free and discount me $127 if I kept the scratched chairs, but I don't want them. They never gave me a solution to my issues and promised to call me, but they never did. I want my money back for the covers and four new chairs.
