They did a great job on my house. They were really good at keeping me updated on the progress of the project. The work they did was top-notch. The guy in charge was always available if I had any questions.

Had a leak in the bathroom. Damage was done to the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Hired Slaton Custom Homes to fix it up. They were great! They told me everything I needed to know about the remodeling. *** helped me out the whole time. I would recommend them and would hire them again with no problem.

Slaton Custom Homes did 2 big home makeovers for us. We were so happy with the first one, we hired them again for our current home. Their quality is top-notch. Slaton Custom Homes was a good deal and super pro. My Project Manager was my main man and had my back the whole time. He worked hard and was real honest. The Slaton crews who came to do each part of rebuilding my living room from the ground up were always on time, quick, and polite. The end result is real pretty and I know I'll love it for a long time. I'd tell my fam and friends to go with Slaton Custom Homes without hesitation.

I just wanna say that Slaton Custom Homes, Inc. did a great job for us when we had water damage in our crib in Dec 2022. They worked with our insurance and got everything scheduled and done on time. They were super efficient and we had no problems. I'd give them 5 stars out of 5 and would definitely use them again if we need to.

The experiance of not havin a bathroom cuz it was under construction was about as u would expect lol. However the experiance in dealin with the project manager John *** and all the individual contractors, couldn't have been more pleasant. Anytime me or my wife had a question about anything John was always quick to respond. And he regularly made trips over to check on the progress and let us know when and what to expect next. Everybody who came and did their part. The framers, sheet-rock guys, tub install, painter, and fixture install guys, we're all super professional and mindful to make sure the cats didn't get out. And when they were done, they left behind solid work and a clean area ready for the next group of guys. The bathroom was essentially rebuilt from scratch. Both me and my wife had an idea in our mind how it might look when it was finished, but the finished project surpassed both our expectations. Ever since we moved in my wife had hated the original bathroom and when I sent her pictures of the finished bathroom she said she was so excited she was trying not to cry at her desk at work. Needless to say, next time we need work done on the house we know where to go!

All the owner and his employees seen was an home owners insurance claim. They didn't care about the quality of work or if the house was even gunna last a week after they were done. Our house was 98% gutted because of storm damage. Our insurance paid Slaton $160,000, and then we had to pay an additional $20,000 for extra work we were having done. The contractors put deep scratches on both brand new marble bathroom vanities. We paid them for 7mm flooring, with pad. They put in 3mm flooring without pad. The cabinets in the kitchen, are already starting to separate from the walls and paint chipping off cabinets. The walls in my master bedroom separate from the floor by about a inch to a half an inch. The add on 200 square foot room that we added on (what we paid the extra $20k for) is unfinished. We told them we had a water problem so they would have to add a retaining wall and flashing (was included in the extra cost) 3 months later the extra room we added, which we turned into our master closet flooded. We lost things we could not replace, call Slaton to tell them what happen. The owner Brett, said it wasn't his problem and then hung up on my husband. I would highly recommend you going to some other company

I signed up with Slaton Custom Homes on 2/20/22 to fix my living, dining, and kitchen areas after an insurance claim. The total cost was $41,518.26, and I paid $15,000 upfront. I gave them $13,000 in May, but some work is still pending. I agreed to pay $8,000 more, but they told me that they won't continue until they receive it. The contract says they can't stop work until 14 days after sending the invoice, but they sent it on Aug 15 and stopped work. I got the invoice on Aug 17. I'll pay the $8,000 within 14 days, but I want them to keep working. We haven't been able to use our house since March 8, 2022, and I want it fixed soon.
