I gave Mr
I gave Mr. a check for $5000 on 1/15 for a new home construction. My realtor and I tried to contact him since July , but he didn't respond. He said the house would be ready in July , then August , and finally October , but he didn't meet the deadline. He didn't return my earnest money, and I asked for it back. He promised to return it on 11/3 and 11/5, but he didn't. We talked on 11/6, and he promised to return it on 11/9, but I still haven't received it. I want my earnest money back ASAP!

This home builder is building a home next to mine. Since day one of construction the sight has been full of trash. Water bottles, construction trash, and food wrappers have been blowing around the neighborhood since the GC or construction crew will not pick up after themselves. I have talked the the GC and the trash was picked up, but within a week back to not picking up after themselves. I have now made it a habit of going out in the afternoon and picking up the trash that will blow around the neighborhood. I was out in the yard today and have noticed that the contractor has drove a tractor in my yard to dig trenches for the porch that is being built. The tracks go right over my sprinkler system. This is the last straw. I have been extremely patient and understanding, but to rut up my yard and potentially damage my sprinkler system is the line. Please reach out to me with any questions. Me and my wife bought a new house from Montoya Custom Homes, Inc. in March . The boss, Baltazar ***, said he would fix any problems with the house quick. But we had a really bad time trying to get repairs done and getting any answers from them. We tried calling and texting a lot, but they hardly ever answered or got back to us. We did get some things fixed after a lot of trying, but now they won't answer us at all. It seems like Baltazar doesn't care about fixing things like he said he would. He never answers our calls, his voicemail is always full and he doesn't answer texts. We just want our problems fixed and the house to be good.
