I placed an order on Wednesday may 5th at 5:13 pm to 33-1880 old boucherie rd. [protected]. [protected] we waited for almost an hour and half when it said the driver was 37 mins away when I first placed the order I checked on line to see what was taking so long. It said that James had already delivered it When I started a chat they said that it would take 5-10 to connect with the courier I waited that long then asked if it was going to take much longer. I then got told they would refund my order to skip credits and that in 5-10 mins I could re order. Are you KIDDING me. Completely unacceptable. It should have been a full credit with my food still delivered in 10 mins. Then I get told that if I wanted it refunded back to my credit card that would take about 8 days! Again not acceptable. I asked to speak with a manager 3 times I got told I needed to go through this web page and you would get back to me In 24 hours Seriously. I want my credit card credited back today and going forward we will go through a different delivery service. Oh and the last person just ended the call. Pretty [censored]ty customer service
