Purchased (2) packs of 6-pairs (one black/one white) because I needed good socks for bowling. The socks I always buy slip down under my heel while I am bowling. I have been happy with the sneakers I wear so I thought it was a good choice. They are both the same size womens 6-9.5.
First, the black ones barely fit me, and the white ones I saved to strictly wear for bowling. I opened the pack last week, and after about half an hour, they too started slipping down my heel. I was extremely disappointed in this purchase.

Desired outcome: A refund would be great being I will not be wearing any of these socks. They were not cheap and would never have spent that much on socks but I believed in your name.
