Ordered a pair of Skechers Skech-Air washable lace up sneakers (hot pink) First time I wore them a red stain developed on the left sneaker, big toe area. Thought I injured my toe. I didn't. Washed the sneakers. Stain came almost entirely out. Wore them again... same red stain appeared in the same spot. I didn't spill/step in anything. I contacted customer service 3x's via email w/photos of the stain asking if it could be some type of dye. Never got a response. The sneakers aren't cheap. Customer service SUCKS.

We purchased a pair of sketcher on Aug 20 at shoe show. Today on September 3 exactly 2 weeks from the purchase the sole on one shoe is coming apart from the shoe. For 70 dollars a shoe should be able to last more than 2 weeks. The shoes were very comfortable and made for wider feet and it’s a shame that they can’t last more than 2 weeks. I would like to get a pair that will last the typical 3 months I get out of the rest of my shoes including the sketcher I have bought in the past.

Hey... i didn't have a choice but to order my shoes online. Because you didn't have my size. Otherwise I would have purchased at the store. 1st complaint is that what kind of employees do you hire ? At the store i looked at... the employee reeked of Marijuana. 2nd complaint is ... at least deliver the package 5 feet more under cover where package wont get soaken wet from rain 😡

When my husband finds a comfortable type of shoe I buy several pairs and put the spares away until the first ones wear out. Bought my husband two pairs of the Men's Sketchers Sport Wide Fit from Kohls. Put the second pair away and just took them out of the box a few weeks ago. He has worn the second pair for less than two weeks and the seam on the side of his shoe has torn out. The first pair did the same thing, but after several months of wearing them. Now that the second pair I had purchased Kohls has also failed in the same area within a couple weeks of wear, it has to be defect in the shoe.

Very unhappy with the quality of this style of shoe. Should get more than two weeks out of a pair of shoes before seams tear open.

I am a long time customer. I purchase a pair of Shoes from sketcher through Amazon, i have had these shoes for less than 3 months and the stitching is coming apart and the sole on one shoe is falling off the rest of the shoe. I call and they send me a link to send pictures of the defects and don't hear back for 7 days. Call again and they advise me that i have to send the shoes in for them to determine if they are defective and then maybe i will get a replacement pair. So I cannot wear the shoes i purchased until they deem them defective which who knows how long that will take. Last pair of shoes i will ever buy from you with that kind of Customer Service.

I have been a big fan of Skechers shoes for most of my adulthood (20+ years) until now. I spend good money on shows for my work becasue im on my feet all day and walk a lot. I have had my current pair (Style #:237123 GYOR) for maybe 4-5 months and stitching along the sole is coming undone in the same spot as my last pair (same brand, different style). I bought them from a shoe store and the site states refunds/replacements will only be done for purchases directly from their site. If they are only going to stand by their product if you order it directly from their site, and give longer warranty to those who pay them to be a plus member, I will be finding a better brand that makes quality product and is happy to help their customers regardless of where they bought them.

I bought some sketchers shoes and the insole is already hard and they told me when I bought them in the store that they would change them if I had the purchase receipt. I no longer live in the state where I bought them and here in Puerto Rico I went to the store and they did not want to honor the offer.

I bought a pair of shoes and a couple of days later ordered two more pair of shoes with my credit card. I got the first pair and they were too big so I returned them. But by the time I needed a refund my credit union had done a credit card conversion and I was issued a new credit card and the one I used to buy my shoes with was no longer good. So I asked customer service to please refund it through my new card they said they could not do that but would have a supervisor call me. They did call me and she said she could not do it. Finally she said she would try it on the new card said it was declined which when I got a message from my bank she had used the same old card again. She said she could only give me a gift card. Which I took and used but I know the shoes I order will be too big also but I am using them for slippers so I can wear a thick pair of socks with them. My problem now is the other two pair I ordered were way too big also. So I returned them today and I know by next week I will have the same problem. I do not want another gift card because none of your size 5 shoes fit me anymore. I just want to get my money back. I don't know why your size 5 shoes are bigger than they use to be but a gift card is of no use to me when I can't get shoes to fit me. Thank you very much. Helen diane morrow

Only the left sneaker seam opened up, Mesh type with simulated laces. Purchased it online around Christmas time 12/2021. Very comfortable,

appears to be just a manufacturing defect. Other sneaker is perfect.

I have worn Sketchers over the years and been happy with them.

I recently purchased this pair to discover that when walking downhill, my feet move forward in the shoe which creates pain in my toes.

There is no way to adjust as the shoes have no laces. As a result, they are not wearable.

The size of the shoes (10) is the same I always wear, including Sketchers.

Since I have worn them, I cannot return them.

I bought them on vacation, and the store is 300 miles away, so that avenue is out.

I tried to call the hotline but after a 20-minute wait, gave up.

The net result is I have spent more than $70 on shoes I cannot wear.

Not a good experience!

We have had these awhile, but upon wearing them today, the soles just split in two. I have never seen anything like this. Just wondered if there was a recall on these. As you can see, the shoes themselves have very little wear to them, so I don't feel this should have happened. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt, but was wondering if you could replace these? They are mens size 11.5. They had not been worn in awhile due to knee surgery, but was going to try them again now that the knee is healed up.

I bought black/rose gold Skechers Summits Cool Classics Women’s Shoes on 11/3/21 from Kohl’s in Mechanicsburg PA. I liked them so much that I bought the same style in navy/pink on 11/18/21. Several months ago, I began experiencing a sliding sensation from the right sole of the black shoes, which really scared me because it’s easy to lose my balance due to arthritic knees. It first happened on a clean sidewalk outside my house. On 5/3/22, I bought grey Skechers GOwalk 6 Women's Athletic Shoes to replace the black shoes I no longer wanted to wear. I wore the GOwalk for the first time yesterday & felt a sliding sensation while walking on a sidewalk, again with the right shoe. Now I’m afraid to wear all 3 pairs of Skechers shoes. I’m returning this latest pair back to Kohl’s for a refund & will have to find other brands to buy from now on because I’ve lost trust in Skechers.

fyi - Way back in 2016, I didn’t think much about it at the time, but I snapped my Achilles tendon in two while visiting a rehab center. I had started stepping away from the nurse’s station when the front sole of my left Skecher’s shoe stuck on the tile floor causing me to lose my balance. While I was flying forward, I felt a pull all the way up my left calf. A wall stopped my fall & the first thing I did was check to see if I could move my left foot, which I could, not realizing there are other tendons helping to connect my heel to my calf besides the Achilles. I was taken to my car on a wheelchair & this nurse told me to be careful with Skechers because she’d experienced the same problem where the sole stuck on the floor causing her to trip. I didn’t think much about it at the time because I had been wearing Skechers for years & loved them.

My girl friend bought this pair , at christrnas 2 years s ago , the shoes have been worn very ittle , i have 4 assorted pairs of this manufactor shoes . This pair of loafers , the elastic has completely disintegrated , the shoes will not stay on your foot on a grade . Making them dangerous , the phone number is a joke , spent 43 listening to ( your call is importsnt to us ? ) hung up called back and was on hold for 53 min ,these shoes were 130.00 finally emailed them , said with out a reciept they would give me a discount on a new pair of shoes , shoes are clearly defective , no exchange was offered , they have ( no working ) number ,

Will never buy another pair of shoes from this company , they are comfortable shoes , if you get a defecrive pair your S.o.l. Not poor support (( no support ))

Bought these arch fit sandals from the outlet near me for my vacation last week. Thinking they would be the perfect sandal on the beach and all my other walking around I was doing, but instead they were rubbing right on the corner of my arch, later creating a huge blister that made them unbearable to walk on anymore. Thank goodness I had brought my other Sketchers tennis shoes and some flatter sandals that didn't press as much on where the blister was. It was still pretty painful, most of my vacation. Luckily too, I had brought a first aid kit that had some cause gauze, bandaids and some Neosporin to help keep it from getting infected.

Would like to return these awful sandals cause I'm pretty sure I'll never wear them again for fear of more blisters. It's a shame too because they cost me almost $70.00 from the Sketchers outlet.

I do not recommend them if you have a very high instep or arch area like I do.

I purchased a pair of sketchers shoes on March 25, 2022, I wore them twice and the right shoe is way wider tgan the left and the bungee cords tie is so loose I cannot wear my foot slides out of shoe when walking, I called sketchers customer service and sent all the info they needed: pictures of shoe on bottom, insides, all angles and the shoes next to each other so you can see rhe right one is different than the left they responded that they cannot help me but they will give me a coupon to get 35% off another pair. I just purchased the shoes I am trying to exchange less than a month ago. There shoes seem to be being made cheaper and they dont honor their warranty. I was even willing to take ust a new right shoe that wasnt so wide and I could keep on my foot without sliding off everytime I took a step, they said sorry. Bad way to do business and I will never buy amother pair of sketchers again.

Both shoes appear to have a manufacturing issue on the inside seams. Both shoes have failed in the exact location.

Can you please advice your corrective action. Shoes are in good condition otherwise. Probably 2 months old. Soles are like new.

I got a new job working at a lumber yard and decided I needed new shoes.

I bought a pair of ankle high work boots with steel toes for 80 dollars. memory foam inserts are torn less than a month a slight bit of sand from the job sight got into the shoe and the friction tore a hole in the top of the left boots insert.. I'd like them replaced or to be refunded.

I worked 9 days total with 8 hours each day that's 72 hours literally 3 days worth of use.

I've had the job for two pay checks so these boots are absolutely inadequate in terms of longevity.

I could've spent 80 dollars on a fine [censored] that would've lasted longer.

I don't have a receipt because I had confidence in the name brand but I have the box they came in. I'm hoping this is just a defected pair as they were advertised as work boots i'd like a new pair to confirm.

I inherited a pair of Skechers Shape-up sneakers several years ago from a relative who passed. He was 95 years-old, so all he ever did with them was to walk; and by the wear on the tread, very little. At the time I received them there was a loss of the foam lining on the rear inside of the left shoe, but they otherwise seemed intact. But today (3/12/2022) I found them in my closet decided to try to wear them on a short hike, mostly on pavement, with 3 very short climbs of about 70 feet. Well, both shoes completely disintegrated as I was walking so that one sole came off entirely and other remained connected only at the toe. (See the attached photo.)

I contacted Skechers several years ago regarding the deterioration of the foam on the left shoe and got no satisfaction. I thought I had thrown the sneakers away, until I discovered them once again. I figured that I would try to get some wear out of them. But I essentially had to walk home barefoot because they blew up completely.

So, I decided to try once again to get some satisfaction, considering that Skechers is a well-recognized brand and that the company does not want dissatisfied customers. I will certainly refuse to ever buy any of the company's products as it stands today and will share my bad experience with others. Though I could become a satisfied customer if the company would allow me to get a replacement pair that proved to be satisfactory.

i purchase a pair from Amazon, after a VERY short time the strings were coming out and the leather padding ripped, after 3 months i had to toss them in the trash. My sister felt bad for me so she purchased the same type here locally for me for Christmas, I wore them from January 15 till now march 1, they are now ripped in the same place as well and some string has come out too just like the last pair, I've only wore these for 45 days at best and now garbage. this is sad! that's 100 dollars down the drain! I've purchased many products from sketchers over the years and I'm very disappointed as to this product and how thin and cheap the leather is... maybe i should no longer purchase your products if the manufacturing and quality is getting this bad
