[Resolved] Singapore Post (SingPost)lost mails in transit

Hi Singpost,

recently my company customers have feedback to me that they did not received
my mails. quite a lot of customers have complain and I have to reissue the cheques
and that cost us to stop payment of cheques (required additional charges).

Please look into this matter asap.

    Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
