SIA claim that the promotional fares got sold out /exhausted with in 5 minutes of receiving the information in customers mail box. If it is so, it is a clear misleading of customers. further the complaints are treated with a reply of template reply format nature. No clear understanding or factual analysis. recd. mail on [protected] at 2.39pm. They claim all promotional seats are sold out at 2.44pm.(with in 5 min). Doesn't it look ridicules.

Desired outcome: I would like a fair deal / treatment of customers.
