Singapore Airlines review: I had my bags broken into and Singapore Airlines dont seem to care

First time I have ever flown with Singapore Airlines, I flew from Perth to Bangkok via Singapore and this is the first time ever that I have had my bags broken into.
I have flown with multiple air lines over the years and all of them, even Jetstar made sure my bags were looked after, when I told Singapore Airlines that my bag had been broken into they tried to make out that I should have used TSA locks, well they didnt like it when I told them I did and that 2 of my padlocks had been broken off, one of them was gone, the zipper loops had been smashed open and even though they didnt take much, a pair of Asics sneakers and a few other things, they also ate some of the treats I was bringing over for my friends kids which is why I reported them as being broken into because if it was customs then they can open TSA locks,
I reported the incident to Singapore Airlines who said I would hear back within 15 days, well 15 days are up and not a word from them.
I fly back today and will have to find the desk to try and escalate this, also I had to purchase new luggage as mine no longer locks and is not secure, if by some miracle Singapore Airlines do get in contact with me I will post an update
