Email was received on 5 Oct 2026 informing that there is change of flight timing for flight from Hong Kong to Singapore from the initial timing between 4.40pm to 8.45pm to the latest informed timing between 10.00pm to 2.15am.

This is ridiculous. SIA simply just ignored the customer's pre-planned schedule and just change the flight timing as and when they like without bothering about the customer's needs. Previously has requested to change to SIA for my return flight from Hong Kong to Singapore as I was misled by the wording in Agoda but was turned down.

AND now change of flight timing till so late! Very bad service
