Simple.biz review: Basicly stole our money

Back in January 2025 we contracted Simple.biz to replicate our current
E -commerce web site. We were told the site should take about 90 days to get up and running. We paid $900.00 (1/2) up front to begin the development, and was told the balance of $900.00 would be due upon delivery of the web site.
Simple.biz, withdrew the balance of $900 from our account after60 days by using our debit card. They also withdrew $200.00 per month for 6 months for
web hosting. The only way we could stop them from stealing our money was to get a new debit card issued. Today is January 16, 2026, a whole year has passed. We still have no web site. The project manager is blaming the developers. The new site was only going to be a replica of our existing site.
There was no real "development" required. We will be taking legal action .
