This company must be writing its own reviews to keep that 5-star rating, because our experience has been a nightmare. We hired them 18 months ago to build a website, and what they delivered was nothing more than a slapped-together mess — full of copy-pasted content from our competitors. When we asked for revisions, our point of contact “left the company,” and we were completely ghosted.

After months of trying, we finally reached someone — only to find out it was the same person we originally worked with, now using a different name and email. He admitted this to us. Since then, we’ve been trying to cancel the service, but the phone number they provide doesn’t even work and daily emails go unanswered. Total runaround.

They’ve charged my card $3,400 and have done absolutely nothing of value. I’ve had to place a stop payment to prevent further theft. This company is 100% a scam — deceptive, unprofessional, and completely unaccountable. Stay far away.
