Simple.biz review: Website development

My boss had a website with them, so they had our cc info. They contacted our other business with a proposal for a new site for that company in Aug 2025. Asked for certain things like logos, photos etc to be sent over. They were never sent them because I was out of town. August 19th there was a sample website emailed to me which is interesting since I never sent any information. They stole the pictures and language off current website and socials and are charging us for the new website with a new domain we never consented to. All of the emails went to junk mail so I didn't know I wasn't getting email for a website the company never consented to. If I did open one of the emails, it looked like junk mail so I just ignored them. I never got any email after the 8/19 email until December. Wouldn't you check in after the sample website to see if it was adequate?
