Silverstone Air cancelled flights refund

I booked flights from Malindi to Lamu ( E-TICKET PNR Ref: 2930E166) and Lamu to Mombasa (E-TICKET PNR Ref: [protected]) with Silverstone. The airline was then suspended from further activity by KCAA and Silverstone promised all their customers a refund within 3 weeks. I have now been waiting 3 months and although the airline replies politely that the refund process is taking a long time, I am worried I will never get my money back. What can I do? I want my 16, 000 KES back!
