Silkletter.com On April 14, I ordered 125 webcam covers

On April 14, I ordered 125 webcam covers. They shipped my order on April 22 Order # ***. But, they sent the wrong color. So, I contacted the company and they sent the right color. I got it on May 25. The webcam covers don't stay in place on my laptop. They slide down off the camera, which defeats the purpose of having them. I emailed them about the problem on May 25, but got no response. I emailed again on June 2 and got an automated message. I emailed again on June 14 and got an automated response. They only replied personally when they asked for a picture of the items. I sent it on June 15. I spent $107.50 on the items. I asked for a refund and told them I would return the items. But, they ignored me.

Silkletter.com I ordered 125 tote bags with the Bloomberg logo from SilkLetter.com for a July 4 event

I ordered 125 tote bags with the Bloomberg logo from SilkLetter.com for a July 4 event. On July 2, I received 50 bags, but unfortunately, 75 bags were lost. I sent an email to SilkLetter.com regarding the missing and incorrect product, and after some time, I received the following email:

To: ***
Subject: Re: Missing and incorrect product

Hello,
We will process the refund in the amount of $546.75. Refund will be processed every Friday, once completed we will send you a refund receipt via email. The amount should reflect on your account within 2 to 3 business days. Please keep the wrong bags as we will need them. We will schedule a call tag and UPS will pick them up. Apologies again for the inconvenience. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

However, I have not received the refund or any invoice/refund for the lost product. I have been leaving voicemails with no response, and nobody is answering the phone.
