Shubert Design Furniture

In February , I bought a 63" oval table and 4 chairs from Shubert Design Furniture Inc. It was a floor model on clearance, and I paid $1399 for it. I also paid $95 for delivery. But when I got home and measured our space again, we realized it wouldn't fit. I called Shubert and they said I couldn't cancel my order because it was a final sale. So, I agreed to buy a smaller 45" table for the same price, just so they could keep the sale and not lose money. The office manager, ***, emailed me a picture of the table and said it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. She said it was coming from Las Vegas. After 3 weeks, I tried to contact Shubert, but got an automated email saying they were closed due to COVID. I understood and waited patiently for 3 more months until late May to ask again. On May 21st, *** called me and said the table was no longer available. But she said I couldn't get my money back. She told me I had to order the table from the manufacturer and wait another 2-3 months because of COVID delays. At this point, I didn't trust them and asked for a refund. They refused, saying I signed a no return clause. The manager even hung up on me, and they haven't replied to any of my emails since. They took over $1400 from me and my family. When I told my credit card company, they refunded my account, but then took the money back. According to Visa, Shubert claims they delivered a table to me, which is a total lie. I still haven't received a table or a refund. I think this was a Bait and Switch, and Shubert Design Furniture Inc. should be investigated for their dishonest sales practices. They misrepresented the product they had and sold it to me, charged my credit card, but never bought or shipped the product. And now they won't give me my money back. Please help!
