We bought a 2022 Honda CRV and financed it with their preferred lender

We bought a 2022 Honda CRV and financed it with their preferred lender. After 10 days, we found out they added a $10K warranty without telling us. When we called them out on it, they said it was our fault for not reading the documents. They promised to cancel and refund us within 30 days, but that didn't happen. The sales manager, ***, never answers or calls back.
