I been takin my Mercedes S320 to Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham for 3 years now and my transmission jus broke down
I been takin my Mercedes S320 to Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham for 3 years now and my transmission jus broke down. I took it to anotha mechanic and he told me that the transmission fluid was neva changed and some otha parts that Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham charged me for were neva replaced. They been chargin me for parts they neva even put in my car and that's straight up FRAUD. I done paid them over a bunch of money for repairs they neva even did and now I gotta pay even more money to replace the transmission cuz they neva changed the fluid like they said they did. I'm gonna report them to the attorney general and the ComplaintsBoard.com for this fraud in Birmingham.
