Audubon Chrysler Center - I went to Audubon Chrysler to buy a new car
I went to Audubon Chrysler to buy a new car. I chose a 2016 Nissan Murano with over 135,000 miles on it. They asked for $19,900 for it. When I went to finance it, they said my credit wasn't good enough and I needed a down payment, my old car, and my boyfriend to cosign. I agreed, but said I needed my boyfriend's approval and signature first. I drove the car home, but had a gallbladder attack and had to have surgery over the weekend. When I got home, the car was gone. Audubon Chrysler Center took it and won't return my calls or messages. I also found out that Chrysler Capital approved me for financing up to $33,000. I don't know what they're trying to do or why they took my car, but I'm very upset. I just want my stuff back and to know why I'm still getting letters and calls from the finance company. They voided the deal.
