I went to Usave Winterveldt in Makgatho yesterday 09/12/2019 @ 09:37 and was assisted by Koketso Baloyi, according to the receipt #0098.I purchased 5kg Mealie Meal, Maynards sweets and Ubrand Chip125g and they all came to R55.97 which was rounded off and I paid with R70.00 and my change was R14.10.
1st I asked her why the Ubrand jelly sweets looked so melted and soggy and she said it was because it was hot and I asked her if she did not think those should be taken off the shelf as they pose a health hazards, she just looked at me and said nothing and proceeded to give me R14.00 change and gave me this nasty look. I asked her that the change is 10c short, she just looked at me and said absolutely nothing, no apology, no sorry we do not have change. After a while she stood up and went to the other till where she got 2 10cents and just threw them to me on the counter without a word and I told her I just only need 1 10cent.
The staff is so rude and they seem to think they are doing us a favour by serving us and actually it is the other was round. Actually by not giving out the correct change is stealing from the client, you can imagine if she serves 500 customers a day how much will that cost?
Training needs to be provided there because the service is pathetic, the cleanliness of the store is pathetic and the quality of some of the items sold there is of the lowest standard.
