Shoppers Drug Mart review: deceive customer

I am a loyal customer of Shoppers Drugs. I email you for a serious complaint. I recently spent more than $3400 to buy lots cosmetics in Shoppers Drugs Mart located in Brandon Shoppers Mall.Before I did payment, I asked the casher to make sure I can get 20 times of points. When I completed the payment, I didn't find the points in the receipt. I tried to return the cosmetics. A supervisor promised I can make a phone call to get the points, and I can return them if I can not get the points.

I phoned the points center and have been waiting for 3 weeks. I did not get the points by now. I went to return the cosmetics I bought today. The casher did not agree to return them and is bad in service attitude.
