ShopGoodwill subject: missing part of order seller: goodwill keystone area - reading item id: [protected]

When I received the package for this item, it was supposed to contain a pair of George and Martha Washington plates. However, it only contained George. The person answering my messages never provided their name or job title. The claimed that their security cameras show that the person packing put in both plates. The what happened to Martha? They decided to send a shipping label so I could return George. Lying to buyers is a MAJOR problem as SGW. My next step is to report this on various complaint websites and with the FTC. If you ask to see their security video, I'm sure you'll be told it no longer exists.

The shipping label is addressed TO Paulette Lewandowski at Reading, and FROM me and SGW-Pam Kauscher.

ShopGoodwill contact and error

This is not really a complaint, but everytime I try to watch anything on my site I get an error. Please can someone fix this so I can shop. Love your site. You REALLY need to make it easier to contact someone. My name is Kim Starr I do not understand why I have to type in 3 characters on order for someone to pay attention to my problem that seem to be a ridiculous.

ShopGoodwill shopgoodwill is not honorable

I purchased a amber necklace from Shopgoodwill Retail Services, Inc in Southeastern Wisconsin. It was described as "wearable/Resaleable" and the item is defective. I contacted them to return the item and Emily in Southeastern Wisconsin refused to take it back. She says she, "Can assure me it is not damaged". I have collected amber for 50 years and I can assure her it is. The amber pendant is full of cracks on the inside and covered in fine scratches on the outside. If you buy from them think of your spent money as a donation you will never get your money back. As you can see from hundreds of other reviews they are not honorable!

ShopGoodwill portable dvd player

I am very desapointed that my first purchase ever at this sited (shopgoodwill.com) doesn't play, I was under the impression that all electronics were tested.
Worse off all the shipping was a little costly, but I thought I had a good deal.
I truly think it should be ilegal to sell broken and worthless electronics, and please don't insult my intelligence, I know this product wasn't really tested, is a shameful practice. 😠😠

I believe they do check all items they can and if it works they say it has been tested! If it does not work they say it has not been tested because why? They have no speakers? No DVD players?

Very unworthy company, must be Government Controlled.

ShopGoodwill purchased from 2 different e-stores claimed unable to locate items paid for

I bid and won 2 similar auctions from 2 different ShopGoodwill e-stores, March 28th & April 4th. Both items were paid for, but items were never shipped. I made an inquiry into the item that was purchased on 03/28. I received an immediate email stating there was a delay due to the Easter break. After a week the item I inquired about has not been shipped. I send another email RE: 03/28 and this time I receive a response 3 days later. The email states if my item cannot be located that I would receive a refund. Well I received a refund for the 04/04 auction, which I never inquired about, which was cheaper than the auction they claimed they could not locate.
EMPLOYEES EITHER SENT MY PURCHASED TO ANOTHER DAM LUCKY BUYER OR THEY DID NOT GET WHAT THEY WANTED FOR THE ITEM
STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

ShopGoodwill never got item I paid for and no refund 😠

Bought a brown juicy couture logo bag on a bidding site. No problem there. Had no issues with other items arriving except this one.

This site is a joke, they all scam you out of your money an dont deliver products.

They call you a liar when you know the truth that they are.

I was told my item was packaged with another purse in one box an that I received two purses in one box from them.

Well heres the kicker. I got one purse from them solo in a box an another purse solo in a box from a different state with an item I bought.

So how is it I received two purses in one box when I only got one purse from one state an one from another state. Hmmm. Something is fishy.

I asked for a refund back an or the purse an thats what they told me. When I called them out on it, guess what they did. Instead of being honest about their screw up, they decided to ban me from their auctions.

Well well well guess whos got the short end of the stick. ME! No purse, No refund! Pissed!
Now filing a complaint with better business bureau to get my refund because I know & my witnesses know I didnt receive the purse they claim I did.

So to all you folks out there. Avoid this joke of a site & stick with macari or poshmark. You will get a better deal anyways from
Actuap honest sellers who wont just pocket your money.

Save the headache I experienced.

ShopGoodwill bidding privileges

Hi my name is Randolph McDonald my bidding name is luckyday777 and I'm fairly new to the site.. and somehow for some unknown reason my bidding privileged was took away from me.. ShopGoodwill no one likes your new design

Don't know what to say, but you had to say NO to your new designers and let us use the old design.
This update is horrible and tough for using. I have been with you for several months and I really liked the way it looked. Just like many other people. Have you seen a special thread made for discussing how terrible your website is now? Most of us are not ready for global changes.
Get the old design back and stop making crap.

ShopGoodwill avoid!

I have bought an item from ShopGoodwill website and never received it.
When I paid for the item I was also charged some extra for shipping even though there was nowhere mentioned about that.
But that's not the biggest problem. After I paid I did not get any information about my item and when I contacted the seller he said that he did not receive the money!
I knew he was lying and my bank confirmed that payment did go through.
I still cannot get my refund and ShopGoodwill refuse to help!

ShopGoodwill very dishonest company

I decided to cancel my order as soon as they charged me for shipping. The total shipping cost was even more than I paid for my entire order.
I contacted ShopGoodwill via email and asked them to explain why the shipping was so expensive and they replied nothing! When I asked them to cancel my order they ignored me once again.
So I decided to call these guys and all I got was an empty promise that they'll resolve my issues as soon as possible. Never was resolved and they did not contact me back! Very dishonest company!

ShopGoodwill did not receive my item

I used ShopGoodwill only once and won a rare item! I was so excited about that and thought that I was really lucky. Several days later they contacted me and said that my item is ready for shipping, so I paid them and then they said that it was shipped. When I arrived to pick it up I was told that nothing arrived! Contacted ShopGoodwill and they said that they had no information regarding my order and could not help me with anything. Waited for days and then weeks and nothing ever showed up! I'm extremely disappointed with this website.

ShopGoodwill it was seller's fault, but he refused to help

I have bought some glass items from the site www.Shopgoodwill.com. I placed the order in May and got it in the beginning of the June. But the main problem was that the items were all damaged, because the seller badly wrapped and the box wasn’t safe for the glass items. I took pics and provided them to the seller, who excused and told me that he wasn’t responsible for the damage. Now he avoids me.

ShopGoodwill they didn't reply to your questions

I wanted to win one item on the website www.shopgoodwill.com. I was shocked, because the company took my money for the bids, but there was some unknown user, who was the highest bidder and I have no choice to win it. I sent the question to their support team’s email. But these guys didn’t reply and all my emails and questions went to nowhere. Don’t rely on them and don’t think that they would help you.

ShopGoodwill you will waste money here and don't win anything

People, I only want to warn you that the website www.shopgoodwill.com and their auctions are dishonest. The descriptions of items are wrong on the website. As well as there are hidden users, who post bids in the end of the auction, and you lose everything. But you can’t prove it. I couple of times have posted bids and lost everything. I don’t like this website and don’t recommend you it as well.

ShopGoodwill deceptive and fruadulent discriptions

I like the idea of ShopGoodwill. The problem is they have not way of keeping the individual stores honest. Just look at the post at any rating site or type shoppgoodwill.com comments into any search engine and you will see the level of dishonesty that happens on this site. From my personal experience, last week I ordered a silver statue when I received it it has not silver at all in the statue. If the site had a rating system like Amazon or eBay this kind of thing would not happen.

ShopGoodwill impossible to win and waste of money

This website www.shopgoodwill.com is total rip off. I placed so many bids and tried to win the items couple of times, but each time some new rule appeared. It was impossible to win the item or place the highest bid. There some obstacles and problems, and all this have happened all the time. I just wanted to share my review and warn other people.

ShopGoodwill no money, no delivery – total rip off

I recently used the website www.shopgoodwill.com, but I wouldn’t advise other people to buy from them. I ordered office supplies and some stuff for my pet, but they charged me twice for the delivery. I wasn’t satisfied with it, so I decided to reach the seller and asked to return money. But all my emails were returned back and it was impossible to return money back. As well as I still haven’t received my order, but I posted it two month ago. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
