I took my lawn mower to Shoals Outdoor Sports in Tuscumbia, AL back in July . Since then, I've been without a mower for the whole summer, which meant I had to hire someone to mow my yard. Unfortunately, they haven't returned my mower yet, and they haven't bothered to call me and keep me updated on the situation. My mower's warranty is about to expire, and if and when I finally get it back, any repairs will be on my own dime. I bought this mower brand new so I wouldn't have to worry about it breaking down and being without one. They informed me a couple of weeks after I dropped it off that the transmission had locked up. Despite not having the mower, I still have to make my monthly payments for it, on top of paying someone to maintain my yard.

Bait and switch practices on new Polaris RZR Turbo. I was emailing and texting with salesman Mark about a turbo RZR. I told him I wanted a basic RZR with no accessories. He said they already came preinstalled, so I felt like I had to buy them. Other dealers told me I didn't have to buy them, it's just extra profit for the dealer. So I accepted that and he wrote me an invoice for unit R14020. The invoice included accessories like a front windshield, roof, and rear windshield. I ended up getting unit R14057, which had a front windshield, roof, and a mirror instead of the rear window. I didn't notice it at the dealership because I was in a rush and due to COVID safety practices. I only noticed it when I had to take ownership at the Tennessee border. I called Mark a couple of times and left voicemails about the issue, but got no response. I texted and kept trying to get a hold of Mark, and he didn't respond until I left a bad review. I asked for a discount on a set of upper doors or bumpers to make it right. I was charged the same price for accessories even though the mirror costs at least $200 less. I was angry that I had to get accessories I didn't even want, and then they switched them and made me pay more for what I didn't want. Finally, I talked to Mark and he kept trying to convince me that's how it is. Then I talked to David, the manager, and he tried to make it sound like they rushed to get this deal done for me and acted like he would try to do a deal on the bumpers. I said I wasn't trying to get anything for free, I just wanted a deal to make up for the bait and switch. I had to keep calling them to make contact. So after a few more days, Mark called back and gave me some high prices on the bumpers and super ridiculous shipping fees. This process took more than a month. I wanted to buy different accessories, and now I'm stuck with these. Both David and Mark tried to make it seem like they went out of their way to make this deal happen for me. Mark also tried to say he told me on the phone it was a mirror instead of a rear windshield, so that supersedes any other talks we had. Mark never sent me the updated paperwork as requested, which was supposed to have a military discount. Mark even sent me a picture of a different unit that didn't have all of these parts installed, trying to make me think that was the unit I was getting.
