So, I had to cancel my membership at Lexington Athletic Club 'cause of a medical issue

So, I had to cancel my membership at Lexington Athletic Club 'cause of a medical issue. I gave 'em proof of my condition, but they still charged me for the whole 2-year contract. They said it was allowed in the contract, but when I asked for a copy, they said no.

I had to cancil my membership cuz we was lookin to move

I had to cancil my membership cuz we was lookin to move. I went in, signed my notice, and made sure bout the date and amount of my last payment to LAC. Then they charged me for a biannual maintenance fee on my last month of membership, even tho I ain't been usin the gym for a while. When I was in the office signin my cancellation notice, the worker told me the final date and payment amount. But they won't give me my money back for the fee.

I was a member of LAC for a long time, but when COVID hit, I got worried and decided to cancel my membership. I tried to contact them many times, but no one answered my calls or messages. They charged me in March, but I disputed it with my bank. I canceled my membership in June, but they said I had to do it in person. When I went there, no one was wearing masks, and they didn't take any COVID precautions. I canceled my account, but they still charged me for June and threatened to send me to collections. I don't want to give them any more money and want to complain.
