Shipitothey lost my package!

I sent a package via Shipito and paid some extra money for the insurance. It was a birthday gift for my sister and she never received it and these guys from Shipito refuse to take any responsibility! They said that they think that my package was lost during the shipment and that there was nothing they could do. Great! What kind of service is that? They are the shipping company and they should take all the responsibility! I even paid for the insurance and even that did not save my package! Totally disgusted with Shipito!

    You are right. They lost my package as well even though i paid for courier shipping. Disgraceful company

    viabox is a trustworthy and reliable company with lowest rates and best customer services, i've been using it for sometime and found it to be best.

    kenapa tidak mencoba Viabox? saya rasa Viabox lebih baik dari Shipito. selain harganya murah pelayanannya juga bagus, Customer Service akan merespon dalam kurun waktu 1-12 jam.
