Ship2You Efficient and Affordable International Shipping with Ship2You: My Experience

I love shopping online, especially on Amazon. But sometimes, I find it difficult to ship items to my country. That's why I decided to try Ship2You. My first experience wasn't that great because I only shipped one item and the rate was quite high due to volumetric charges. However, I decided to give them another chance and shipped six items this time around.

To my surprise, I was able to save $55 by consolidating my items and asking them to repackage it. The weight reduced significantly, and I was a happy customer. Ship2You really serves its purpose if you want to ship more than two or three items. I am now a happy customer and will continue to use their services.

Their website is easy to navigate, and their customer service is excellent. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns that I have. I appreciate their attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ship2You Disappointing Service from Ship2You: Lack of Communication and Unprofessionalism

I recently made an order through Ship2You and was disappointed with the service I received. After my products arrived at their warehouse, they requested some material safety data sheets for the items. Although it was a bit of a hassle, I managed to obtain the necessary information and provided it to them. However, to my dismay, they informed me that they were unable to ship my products and claimed that they were having trouble reaching their warehouse.

I was frustrated with their lack of communication and unprofessional attitude. They spoke to me as if it was my responsibility to ensure that the warehouse was responsive, which was not the case. It has now been a week since my products arrived at their warehouse, and they continue to make excuses, stating that they have not heard back from the warehouse and that the warehouse staff are not answering their calls. I find their excuses to be unacceptable and unprofessional.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Ship2You and will not be using their services again. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient shipping service. Ship2You Misleading Weight Calculation on Ship2You's Website: My Experience

I want to share my experience with Ship2You and their weight calculation process. The Weight Calculator on their website shows the first half kilo price as $18, but it doesn't provide any fields for the shipment's dimensions like length, width, and height. This can be misleading and make you think that the price is only $18 for the first half kilogram.

I recently shipped a package with Ship2You and the real weight of the shipment was only 0.67 grams. However, when I calculated the shipment on their website, it showed a weight of 1.5 kg and a price of $34. I was surprised to see such a huge difference in weight and price.

When I went to the DHL office to weigh the shipment, it was only 0.67 grams. This made me realize that the weight calculation process on Ship2You's website is not accurate and can be misleading. I don't think I will be using their services again.

Ship2You Disappointing Experience with Ship2You: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Attention to Detail

Ship2You is a company that I have had many problems with. The first time I used their services, I received a package that was three times bigger than it needed to be for the 3lb item inside. When I complained about this, they opened the package and removed a valuable cover, resulting in my item being broken when I received it. This was a frustrating experience, and I was disappointed with the way they handled the situation.

The second time I used Ship2You, they sent my mobile with the wrong name on the invoice. Despite informing them from the first day that the DHL report had a different name, they refused to send a new invoice with the correct name on it. They said they would contact DHL to update the name, but they never did. DHL contacted me many times, but there was nothing I could do. My mobile was stuck at customs waiting for the new invoice, and I had to pay 500EGP to change the name in customs as Ship2You refused to cooperate. This was a frustrating and expensive experience, and I was disappointed with the lack of communication and support from Ship2You.

Overall, I would not recommend Ship2You based on my experiences with them. While they may offer competitive prices, their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service make them a risky choice for anyone looking to ship items internationally. If you do decide to use their services, be prepared for potential issues and make sure to double-check all of your information before shipping anything with them.

Ship2You Ship2You: The Game Changer for International Online Shopping in Bahrain

I gotta say, Ship2You is a game changer for us online shoppers in Bahrain. I've been doing this for years, and I know how it goes. But these guys, they've really done something special.

Before, if I wanted something from the US or China, it was a real hassle. But now, it's like I'm living there! They've made it so easy to get items shipped internationally. And don't even get me started on Amazon. Those guys always put in so much extra packing that it drives me nuts. But Ship2You has a solution for that too. They offer consolidation and repacking for a super low price, and it saves me so much money on shipping.

Let me give you an example. I recently ordered 5 different packages from different platforms. Instead of shipping them all separately, I had them sent to the Ship2You warehouse. They held onto them until I was ready, and then they removed all the extra packing and put everything important into one package. It was done so nicely, and I saved a ton of money on shipping.

Overall, I'm really impressed with Ship2You. They've made my life so much easier, and I can't recommend them enough. If you're an online shopper like me, you need to check them out.

Ship2You Nightmare Experience with Ship2You: Lost Packages, Poor Customer Service, and Theft

Ship2You is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. My experience with them has been nothing but a nightmare. I had shipped a package worth $300 from their warehouse, but it never reached me. DHL denied receiving two packages and sent me a picture of the package that was delivered to me. When I asked for one package, they sent me two without my consent and misplaced/stole the other one.

To make matters worse, last month, a package worth $500 reached their warehouse, but it was not displayed on the dashboard. After sending several emails, I received a reply that they were working on it, but then there was no further communication. It seems like they have no regard for their customers' time and money.

The company is unorganized, and they have thieves in their warehouse. Their customer service is terrible, and they overcharge their clients with false weights. I have never seen a company that steals from its clients and treats them so poorly.

If you want to keep your money safe, I would advise you not to use their services. They are the worst company anyone can deal with. I would not even rate them a single star if I could.

Ship2You Terrible Service and Deceptive Practices: My Experience with Ship2You

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Ship2You. I decided to use this company to ship my important medication, but it turned out to be a terrible decision. The service was absolutely horrible and I regretted it immediately. This company is very deceptive and promises to ship packages in a few days, but they never shipped my packages even after weeks of chasing them. It's been weeks and they have yet to process my package.

I was shocked to find out that all the people who gave positive reviews for this company are friends or business associates. It's unbelievable that they only have one person working for them (Rose Anne Lardizabal), and she promises to ship things but never does. Even after explaining that I have critical medication that I need, she still failed to deliver.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. The service is terrible and they do not care about their customers. It's been weeks and weeks, but they still have not shipped my package. I've sent multiple messages over the course of the past few weeks but have yet to receive my package or to even be acknowledged.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Ship2You to anyone. They should shut this company down!

Ship2You Ship2You Review: Overcharging and Poor Service - AGAIN!

AGAIN!

I've had a few experiences with Ship2You and I must say, I'm not impressed. The first time I used their services, I sent a package that weighed 0.42 KG, but when it arrived at their warehouse in the US, they claimed it weighed 0.92 KG. I was skeptical, so I double-checked with Amazon and they confirmed that the package was less than 1/2 KG. When the package finally arrived, I weighed it on my personal scale and it showed 0.46 KG. I felt like I was being robbed!

The second time I used Ship2You, the same thing happened. They added 0.5 KG to my package and charged me more than they should have.

Now, I'm on my third package and it's been a nightmare. My car has been sitting in the garage for the past two weeks because of Ship2You. I have to pay the garage owner parking fees because I'm the one who will buy the parts. Five parts arrived at Ship2You's warehouse in the US, but they only uploaded four of them to my dashboard. I've been waiting since July 28th for them to consolidate my packages so they can charge me less, but their warehouse has been closed for five days. I don't understand why their warehouse is closed for so long. To me, it seems like they're waiting for me to add those four items to a package so they can charge me more.

When they issue a refund, they credit it to your Ship2You account, so you have to use it on other packages. That's why I let my second purchase come through them. The third time, I did it because their manager promised me that there would be no more issues and that they were the cheapest with consolidation. But now, I'm not so sure.

I will never, ever deal with Ship2You again!

Ship2You Misleading Rate Calculator and Unreliable Shipping Time: My Disappointing Experience with Ship2You

I recently had an experience with Ship2You and unfortunately, it was not a good one. I came across the site through a Facebook ad and decided to call them to inquire about their services. After 30 calls, I finally got through and was told that they had the best shipping rates and times, as well as a consolidation option. I was also informed that the rate calculator on their site would give me the charges by half KG increments, with $9.99 for the first half KG and $8.99 for additional KG. This seemed like a great deal to me, so I decided to use their service.

However, I soon found out that the rate calculator was misleading. It did not indicate that they were charging by volumetric weight, which meant that I was charged $30 for shipping a T-shirt that only weighed 0.7 KG. This was not what I was expecting and I was very disappointed.

To make matters worse, my package arrived at my US mailbox on June 29th, but it has not yet been delivered to me. This is very frustrating and I am not happy with the service I received from Ship2You.

I would advise anyone considering using this service to avoid it at all costs. The rate calculator is misleading and the shipping time is not reliable. I am very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this site to anyone.

In response to Ship2You's explanation, I have a few things to say. Firstly, I don't understand how they could have repacked a T-shirt into a smaller box when it was already in a box that barely fit one T-shirt. Secondly, before signing up for their service, I had a call with a customer service manager to clarify some questions I had. I specifically asked if they charged by actual weight or volumetric weight and was told that they charged by actual weight. They can refer to their phone call records to confirm this.

Furthermore, the rate calculator was misleading and did not indicate that they were charging by volumetric weight. They also claimed that they charged $9.99 for the first half KG, which was not accurate. As a Ship2You customer, I expect their terms and conditions to match their services. Their T&C did not state that they would charge by actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever was higher.

I suggest that Ship2You update their terms and conditions to be more clear and transparent about their pricing. They could use Borderlinx's service terms as a reference. Overall, my experience with Ship2You was not a good one and I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Ship2You Ship2You Review: Unreliable, Unprofessional, and a Total Nightmare

Ship2You is a complete disaster. I tried to use their services to ship a package to my friend in another country, and it was a total nightmare. First of all, their website is a mess. It's hard to navigate and find the information you need. When I finally figured out how to place an order, I was hit with a bunch of hidden fees that I wasn't expecting.

But that was just the beginning of my problems. The package ended up getting lost in transit, and it took weeks for Ship2You to even acknowledge that there was a problem. When I tried to contact their customer service, I was met with nothing but frustration. The representatives were rude and unhelpful, and it seemed like they didn't even care about my issue.

Eventually, my package was found and delivered, but it was in terrible condition. The box was completely smashed, and some of the items inside were damaged beyond repair. When I tried to file a claim with Ship2You, they made it nearly impossible. I had to jump through hoops and provide all sorts of documentation just to get a response.

Overall, I would never recommend Ship2You to anyone. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and just plain terrible. Save yourself the headache and use a different shipping company.

Ship2You Ship2You Review: Terrible Customer Service and No Delivery

I ordered something from Ship2You and they sent me a message saying it was on its way. But then, nothing happened! I waited for weeks and there was no tracking information sent to me. I tried to call them, but I couldn't get through to anyone. It was so frustrating! Finally, I got a response from them and they said they would give me a refund. But it's been two weeks and I still haven't received anything! These guys are terrible! They're probably just a bunch of kids trying to run a business. It's hopeless!

Ship2You Ship2You Review: Hidden Charges and Volume-Based Pricing Make it a Poor Choice for Shipping

Ship2You is not a good choice for shipping your items. I would not recommend it. There are many hidden charges that are not clearly stated in the beginning, and they can add up to a lot of money. You may end up paying much more than you expected.

One of the biggest issues with Ship2You is that they charge you based on the volume of your shipment, not the weight. This can be very frustrating, especially if you have a small item that takes up a lot of space. For example, I had a 3kg package that was actually quite small, but Ship2You charged me as if it weighed 9.5kg. When I asked for an explanation of the charges, they were not able to provide me with a clear breakdown of how they calculated the volume.

Overall, I would recommend using a different shipping service, such as Shop&Ship. They are much more transparent about their fees and charges, and they charge based on weight, not volume. Ship2You Disappointing Experience with Ship2You: Delayed Dashboard Update and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with Ship2You was not great this time around. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but this time they really dropped the ball. I sent a watch to them six days ago, and it cost me over 500 bucks. But guess what? It's still not showing up on my dashboard. What gives? How much longer do I have to wait? And why won't they answer my emails or pick up the phone in Bahrain? It's really frustrating and disappointing. I hope they can get their act together and fix this ASAP.

Ship2You Scammed me

I was sent a package via Ship2You service. When my package arrived they contacted me and said that I need to pay some extra if I wanted to get the package. They claimed that it was too heavy.
That was strange but I believed them and paid. When I received my package it did not seem that heavy to me. I took my personal scale and saw that it was only 1.5 kg! But when they called me they said it was over 3 kg!
So these guys actually added some extra kilos, scammed me and stole my money! What a scam! When I contacted their customer service and demanded some explanation they said they had no idea what was I talking about. Terrible!
