I worked a shift Sunday 2/15/2026 from 6a to 6p at Ennis Care Center in Ennis Texas, via Shiftkey. $507.06 was deducted from my payment for "Robinson Rehab and nursing LLC dated 2025-06-30, 1800-0600". I never worked for that facility and was never overpaid by that facility. I contacted Shiftkey on Monday 2/16/2026 and was told I would have resolution with in 48-72 business hours. I received an email from Shiftkey on 2/17/2026 stating I would get a response within 48-72 business hours. I did not receive a response within that timeframe and contacted Shirfkey today 2/20/2026. I was told my case # 02418012 was still in progress. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they can't give me their information. They would have to submit a request to speak to a supervisor. That response time would be the same, 48 - 72 business hours. This is unacceptable and I need my payment today. I'm going to file a complaint with the US department of labor, Consumer complaint portal, and get legal assistance if I do not receive my payment today.
