ShiftKey LLC review: Won't send in cna hrs worked for recertification

To anyone even thinking about going through this company, I would look elsewhere!

I have been picking up shifts through ShiftKey for over two years now here in OH, and contacted Shiftkey regarding them needing to send in to the state the hours I have worked in the last 24months, and still have gotten no response from them, was told by the idiot I talked to through the Chatbot that it was my DL that I needed to re upload!

I just got off the phone with an OH state representative who said that they are having a HUGE issue with Shiftkey and they are encouraging all the aides that call in who are affiliated with Shiftkey to go with a different per-diem company, because there is no reason why Shiftkey should not be willing to send this information in for the aides that work through them, especially since they are not having to pay anything to do this and it's a simple email that is sent verifying hours worked!
