I would like to report a complaint regarding my visit to Summerfield yesterday(12, oct 2025). I went there to celebrate a birthday and arrived about an hour before the buffet time. However, a staff member named Wondessen was not welcoming informed me that I had to wait, as they were only serving the buffet at that time.
I had also ordered a whole cake from Temptations, but Wondessen told me that the cake could not be brought into Summerfield.
Last year, I had a great experience and was able to do all of these things without any problem, which is why I chose to return this year. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations.
I hope you will review this matter to ensure a better and more consistent customer experience in the future.
