Shell Gas Station

I went to this Shell Gas Station and used one of their pumps. The choices available were regular, plus, and premium. I selected regular gas and paid for it. However, when I got home and tried to leave again, my car wouldn't stay on. It started to smoke.

On May 4, 2022 I stopped for gas at this place. My car started having big engine problems (jerking, coughing, slow, etc.) in the days after. I just saw on the news that the pumps for regular had DIESEL in them for a few days and lots of drivers had the same problem. On May 4th, 2022, I bought gas at this Shell Station for $25.42. I chose the 87 gas, which is supposed to be regular unleaded. After that, my car started jerking and rocking back and forth. I didn't think it was the gas until I read an article that said this gas station accidentally pumped diesel instead of regular gas in all the pumps. So, on Thursday, May 5th, I went to Autozone and Advance Auto Parts to see if they could figure out the problem, but they didn't find any error codes. Therefore, on May 6th, I had to take my car to a mechanic shop to get it checked. They thought it might be the spark plugs, so I had them replaced, but the jerking persisted. Today, May 9th, WBALTV11 released an article showing that many other people have experienced the same issues and had to pay for repairs, just like me. Shell never warned or contacted me about their mistake. Putting diesel in my car can be extremely dangerous, and it's something that an average person wouldn't know. I will attach all the evidence I have to support my case.
